Your estate will be responsible for repaying us for any tax liability resulting from payment of your account balance to your estate. You agree to hold us harmless for any actions we take based on our belief that you have died or become incapacitated, or any notices of death or incapacitation that we receive.
If certain payments originating from government entities are deposited into your Dave Account after your death, we may be required to return those payments to the originator upon notice. If you owe us a debt at the time of your death, we are authorized to exercise our right of setoff or security interest rights against the funds credited to your Dave Spending Account after your death.
